12 (1hr) Neighborhood Boot Camp Sessions for 3 people, $1260
$35 each per session
12 (1hr) Neighborhood Boot Camp Sessions for 5 people, $1500

All packages expire 4 months after the first scheduled session.
Once you purchase your package, a representative will contact you to schedule your personal training sessions.
Meet DJC Sports Performance and Personal Training founder and trainer, Dino Cardone:
DJC Sports Performance and Personal Training founder, Dino Cardone, had a vision and desire to help educate youth and adults on the importance of living a healthy life, being active and taking care of the human body. He has a true passion for helping others and seeing individuals succeed in life, due to his motivation, dedication and positive “never quit attitude,” which is something Dino takes seriously.
The saying Dino goes by is “I don't want to be remembered by what I have or the money I make; I want to be remembered by how many lives I impact with my positive influence and desire to see people healthy and accomplishing goals they set out to reach. For each goal achieved, I then did my job.” Working with children and adults throughout his life he has seen many are either to busy with day-to-day activities, have excuses or just don't have the motivation to take the necessary steps in taking care of the most important thing life has to offer, which is your health.
With many years of playing sport, training, and working in the fitness industry he decided to create DJC Sport Performance and Personal Training. The goal is to coach, train and mentor children and adults on the importance of working out and being active, but most of all helping each individual achieve personal goals, exceed fitness goals and develop a lifestyle wellness.
DJC Sport Performance specializes in athletic performance training. From speed training, strength training, team conditioning to the basic fundamental training drills to make sure your body is ready for the upcoming season.
DJC Sport Performance and Personal Training also offers one-on-one or group fitness training for those looking to cut weight, body definition training, strength training or day-to-day basic training to maintain a healthy body. Along with training, DJC Sport Performance and Personal Training creates nutritional plans and works with you every step of the way to make sure you are getting the complete service to feeling extraordinary each and every day.
Dino is certified through ASFA ( American Sports and Fitness Association), CPR Certified, and AED Certified. He has played semi-pro football with the Leyden Lions and Pro Arena Football with the Chicago Cardinals and the Chicago Knights. Dino donates his time coaching the Addison Cowboys youth football league. His passion for the game of football and fitness is something he truly loves.
