Monthlys contracts with third party merchant partners and other parties ("Merchants") to offer subscriptions, memberships, discounts, and rewards for their products and services to authorized members of the Site (each, a "User"). Monthlys takes its User’s privacy seriously and makes reasonable efforts to protect each User's privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy in order to share with you our information collection and use practices. Log Files. As is true of most websites, the Company gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. The Company uses this information, which does not identify individual Users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track Users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about the Company Users base as a whole. Special Offers and Updates. The Company will from time to time send Users information on the Company services and promotions. Service-related Announcements. The Company will send Users strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if the Company service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, the Company might send Users an email. Generally, Users may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. In order to opt-out of these communications, Users would have to opt-out of the Site as a whole. Customer Service. Based upon the personally identifiable information Users provide the Company, the Company will send Users a welcoming email to verify their username and password. The Company will also communicate with Users in response to their inquiries, to provide the services Users request, and to manage User accounts. Sharing of Information. Monthlys uses the information described above to tailor our content and help our Merchants better understand the demographic profile of our Users. The personally identifiable information that you submit to Monthlys remains your property, however, by submitting that information to Monthlys you grant the Company the right to use that information as set forth herein. We may use your personal information and/or transfer the personal information you supply on the Site to other third party businesses, subject to applicable state and federal law, for any legal purpose including, without limitation to: (a) bring selected retail opportunities and promotional offers to you via direct mail marketing, e-mail marketing, telemarketing and/or online banner advertising; (b) when necessary, to receive a product or service that you may have ordered from such third party while using the Site or when responding to offers provided by Monthlys; (c) tracking compliance with the Site User Agreement (“Agreement”); and (d) for validation, suppression, content improvement and feedback purposes. Third-Party Offers. The Company provides its' Users with the opportunity to receive special offers, products and/or services from us and other third parties. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect User information off-line. We will turn over to authorities, any and all evidence relating to a potential breach of security or other abuse against the network, servers, databases or other such supporting equipment or software.
